This company has given the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They could not install or fix the template we purchased after specifically telling them step by step how to do it.
Everything they touched and attempted to install and fix was completely wrong!
My in-house programmer even went as far as to install the theme and get it working for them, then they still went in and screwed everything up.
They actually uninstalled everything that my programmer had done and then re-installed the theme to the wrong website. They screwed up a separate website platform that was operating unconnected with the installation.
Our project Manager's name was Henry Patton - and his grasp of English is terrible. Over and over I would email them back and forth and he would completely misread and misunderstand my emails on the most basic of things.
They wasted several weeks of company time, created nothing but problems and stress for our whole design team, and I'm damn lucky I haven't lost my job because I trusted this company.
DO NOT USE this company to install a template. They are the worst! I promise you that you will end up wishing you hadn't within a week. Everything they touch they will mess up. You will not get what you paid for. The only thing you will get out of this is a horrific customer support interaction and then a phone call to your bank to dispute the purchase and try and get your money back.
In summary, I would not recommend Template Tuning to a friend.
