Easy to create a website and get it up and running. No editing or posting problems encountered for this novice.
However, the company has deceptive billing practices by 1) Not notifying the customer of automatic renewals (unlike godaddy.com) and 2) by requiring the customer to "complete the cancellation" by A) emailing Yola.com and then B) responding to a Yola reply email by clicking a link and confirming again to cancel. The practice is intended solely to bill the customer for unwanted services. Bad business.
In summary, I would not recommend Yola to a friend.
