Well, I had order with TemplateTuning in February.
I needed a business website and honestly did want to pay a lot. I compared prices, and realized that I'm not gonna order unique design from scratch. I decided to move on with a pre-made template and change it according to my needs. Most of guys on freelance want a lot of money, because they are creating custom website for you. But I was okay with a template.
So, I bought Wordpress theme 43078 from TemplateMonster (I worked with WP before, and knew it is easy enough to manage it).
I needed my logo changed, also tweaking colors and some blocks (widgets). Also, I needed to install the theme on my hosting, which I already had.
TemplaMonster forwarded me to TemplateTuning for customization. I talked to a manager (don't remember the name) in chat, then paid, provided the requested info and they started.
Initially, they gave me eta of 7 business days, but there was some delay, and it basically took 9 working days to complete everything.
I am pretty much satisfied, because it cost me around $300 or a bit more to get a functional website.
Later on I also had some tech questions about wordpress (regarding updates and add-ons)- chatted to tech support, but they do not work with any extensions, that's why could not help me.
Anyway, I would give them total 4 stars.
In summary, I would recommend Template Tuning to a friend.
