I had the worst experience with flashmint support/billing. It is just impossible to reach out to billing department. they have no number to reach out to. The only communication method they have is to submit a ticket which takes more than 3 business days to get back to you. Aslo, you can't reply to their email if you have further questions. you have to open a new ticket since you can't update the orginal one and wait another 5 days. The online support team can't help either and they are rude. I definitely will not use them agian and I don't recommand them.
In summary, I would not recommend FlashMint to a friend.
