I bought 2 templates from them. One I've installed, and there was at least 6 bugs, that I known of, because I had to hire someone to fix the template since they would not answer my calls. Well, they did answer it after 3 weeks. I did add a "Like" button from Facebook in the page, paid for it and received the template without it. After 2 and a half months I received the Button that do not work. I was talking to Emma Barnes that said she was sorry but all the e-mails I sent her were in the Spam box, and that was the reason she didn't answer my e-mails. After a while she asked me for my FTP info, which I gave her 3 times and she hasn't received yet... or it is in her spam box. I checked my sent Items box, they were sent. Then I went to their website, and talked to a girl Stacy in customer service, she said she could not help me because she didn't have access to the tools in the template turning. She gave me 2 phone numbers 518-312-4147 and 347-342-0463, both had no one answering the lines. I bought the templates March 12th and today is June 15th.
In summary, I would not recommend Template Tuning to a friend.
